The Houston Zoo must be at the top of your list of fun things to do. The zoo can be enjoyed all year long- 364 days a year in fact. Because of the tireless efforts of the zoo keepers and the entire staff, kids and adults enjoy visiting the Houston Zoo again and again.

They nurture and care for more than 4,500 animals in the zoo. From Asian elephants and lions to Chilean Flamingos and King Vultures, the Houston Zoo provides a wonderful experience and educational view of a tremendous group of animals.
