WaterLights District is a $600 million planned urban development located in the north west corner of Pearland on State Highway 288. This mega planned development is a brilliant mix of retail shopping and restaurants combined with upscale residential living plus office space and a public park. Just 15 minutes from downtown Houston make this a very popular area for residents working in the city of Houston.
Historic Real Estate Inc. is the developer of this beautifully planned urban development. Historic Real Estate Inc. is a private real estate investment and development company located in Houston, TX.
WaterLights District includes The Restaurant Row, Grand Canal™ and Presidential Park™. This is an unparalleled combination of entertainment facilities. The Restaurant Row will have 10 quality restaurants. Each of the restaurants will look across the waterway to the Presidential Park & Gardens™.The Presidential Park will display busts of all presidents when complete. The Grand Canal is a waterway that will connect The Restaurant Row and the Grand Canal.
The Presidential Park™ features 42 busts of American presidents. The sculptures are the creation of internationally acclaimed artist David Adickes. The park is in a wooded setting along Clear Creek on the south side of the WaterLights District.
